FAQ
Everything You Need to Know
We all have questions, so we’ve answered them with these simple questions and answers.
General Skiing Tips
Practical advice for skiers, from beginners to experts, to ensure safety and enjoyment in the mountains.
Wear the Right Equipment
Skis and boots should be suited to your ability level. Good gloves and goggles are essential. Wrap up warmly, and don’t forget a helmet — there are some great-looking ones available.
Book an Instructor
If you want to avoid developing bad habits, improve quickly and learn safely, take lessons with an instructor. There are excellent professionals at our resorts.
Never Ski Beyond Your Abilities
Learn at your own pace, avoid accidents and injuries, and enjoy every run much more.
Don't Exhaust Yourself
Four or five hours of skiing may be more than enough for a beginner, or even an expert. Don’t push yourself to 100%. Going down a slope when you’re exhausted can be very dangerous.
Resort Staff Are There to Help
Always follow the advice of resort staff, whatever their role. They are professionals who care above all about your safety. Don’t ignore their advice, suggestions or instructions on the slopes.
Get to Know Where You're Skiing
Take a look at the resort map before starting your day. Try to plan a controlled route instead of skiing without a clear idea of how to get back. Otherwise, you may get a surprise, as the lifts usually close when their operating hours end.
Always Ski with a Friend
Unexpected situations can always arise, so it’s much safer to ski with someone else than to ski alone.
Follow Skiing Etiquette
Follow the resort rules and respect all instructions on the slopes. They exist for your safety. Respect other skiers too, and remember that buying a ski pass doesn’t mean you own the resort.
Booking and Rental Management
Essential information to manage your bookings and answer questions about ski equipment rental.
Why Is It Better to Book in Advance?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred equipment. Since the snow season is short, dates are often in high demand, and more people are coming each year. Book as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
I Have a Promotional Code. How Can I Use It?
Enter your code on the first page of our booking system, in the section: “Do you have a promotional code?”
Do I Need to Rent Ski Poles?
Ski poles are included in all our ski rental offers.
What Happens If I Enter the Wrong Size?
Our rental equipment is sufficiently important and varied in terms of quantity and sizes to accommodate all our customers.
Your comfort and safety are our priority. There is no additional charge for changing your size if the equipment you have rented does not fit what you booked. Likewise, if you have selected the wrong equipment category, don’t worry — just give us a call and we’ll correct it.
Does the Children's Package Include Helmet Rental?
When booking a children’s package online, you will have the option to add a helmet. Following the recommendations of mountain sports doctors, we strongly advise including a helmet to provide your child with the best possible protection.
Are Unused Rental Days Refunded?
Refunds are only possible in cases of illness or accident involving one of the people renting the equipment, or if all ski lifts at the resort are closed. No exceptions to this policy apply.
