The price includes VAT and Compulsory Passenger Insurance. Rescue on open slopes is included; rescue outside the slopes or on closed slopes is charged according to the applicable official rates.
To qualify for a rate based on age or personal circumstances, supporting documentation must be provided (national identity card, Family Record Book or disability certificate).
SKI PASS REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Accessing a ski lift constitutes use of the ski pass and prevents subsequent changes or refunds.
- Unused days on a ski pass valid for 1 to 7 consecutive days may be exchanged within the following 15 days and used before the end of the current season by the same pass holder.
- For ski passes purchased through a travel agency, customers may request a “Certificate of Non-Use” for their travel agency so that the applicable price adjustment can be calculated.
- If the ski resort does not open, customers may request a price adjustment.
- Except for the situation described in the previous point, as a general rule, there is no entitlement to any full or partial refund, reimbursement, exchange, compensation or other payment in the following circumstances:
- Any ski pass used on a day when the resort closes earlier than scheduled.
- Any ski pass used for fewer days than originally purchased.
- Ski passes purchased under special offers or promotions with specific restrictive conditions.
- Where applicable, the price adjustment is calculated as the difference between the amount paid and the price corresponding to the days actually used, according to official rates. For example, if a 5-day ski pass is affected by one day on which the resort does not open, the adjustment will be the price difference between a 5-day pass and a 4-day pass.
- Requests must be submitted within 15 days following the last day of validity of the ski pass.
