EXTRAORDINARY SERVICES (not included in the price of the Ski Pass – Season 2021-2022)
- ADDITIONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE, you should consult coverage, conditions and rates offered by the insurance company.
- ACCIDENT RESCUE OUTSIDE TRACKS and CLOSED TRACKS (price per hour or fraction)
- Pistero or Lifeguard € 85 / h
- Snowmobile with Driver € 165 /h
- Trainer with Driver 230 € / h
- SPECIAL PASS in areas, dates and times established from December 5.
- NIGHT Saturdays after normal hours (except December 24 and 31)
- Holders of Season and Family Season Ski Passes may benefit from a -50% discount on the NIGHT rate.
RETURNS AND PASSAGE EXCHANGE REGULATIONS
- Access to the ski lift implies use of the ski pass and prevents making, exchange or return.
- The number of unused days of a pass from 1 to 7 Consecutive Days may be exchanged in the following 15 days and will be used before the end of the current season by the same holder.
- In the case of a pass purchased through a travel agency, you can choose a “Letter of Non-use” for your travel agency for the corresponding re-rating.
- In case of non-opening of the station, you can opt for re-rating.
- Except for the case detailed in the previous point, in general you do not have the right to return, refund or exchange, total or partial, compensation or compensation:
- Any ski pass used on an early closing day.
- Any pass used a number of days less than what was purchased.
- Offer and / or promotion pass with restricted particular conditions.
- The re-rating, when applicable, is the difference between what was paid and the price of what was used according to Official rates (eg a 5-day pass and because of a non-opening day, the re-rating applied is the price difference between the 5-day pass days and 4 days) .
- You have 15 days after the last day of validity for submitting applications.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check the weather forecast and the opening of facilities, as well as the exchange and return conditions and regulations, before purchasing or using the ski pass. Available at the Customer Service Office, sierranevada.es, 958 708090 and general ticket offices.
- Keep the proof of purchase and review it. If there is an error, do not use the ski lifts and go immediately to the point of sale or to the Customer Service office.
- The passes are personal and non-transferable, they cannot be loaned, assigned or resold in any case or they will be withdrawn and blocked, losing all rights.
- It is not allowed to smoke, consume alcohol or other narcotic substances in lifts, accesses and access queues.
- There are signposted image capture points for the management of services and guarantee of security, complying with Royal Decree-Law 5/2018 and the Regulation ( EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection.
- Animals are not allowed on ski lifts and slopes in winter season.
- It is not allowed to walk or use sleds, paddles or other objects to slide in the snow through skiable areas.
- The tickets for an ascent and descent in the cable car are exclusive for pedestrians without ski or snowboard equipment, bicycle and any other material.
- VAT and Mandatory Travelers Insurance included in the price of the pass.
